AIMS - African Investors Management Service Limited was established in Accra Ghana in 1994. The vision and concept were laid forth by its founder; Judson B. Welsh. AIMS recognized that potential investors hesitated in placing funds in West Africa due to preconceived negative images. AIMS feels that tourism is the key to identifying potential investors, who, through its product NomadAfrica have the opportunity outside of the context of the work environment to see Ghana first hand.

One of the main activities is the promotion of tourism under the logo NomadAfrica. In January 2006, NomadAfrica became a separate limited liability company. AIMS developed and created a web page: http:// www.nomadafrica.com.
